Purpose of the position:

The Dynamics Platform Unit is looking to enhance the capacity of the team to support the operations in the delivery of support to its customers from an application support and platform management perspective.

The main objective is to enable students to apply and complement the knowledge they have acquired throughout their academic training to prepare them for the professional world.

Organizational Setting and Reporting:

Interns work 5 days per week (37.5hours) under the supervision of the Dynamics 365 Senior Technician and will be provided guidance and support to perform the responsibilities mentioned below.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work under the guidance and supervision of the Dynamics 365 Senior Technician in the MS Dynamics Unit (DDMS) within the Digital Delivery (DD) division and in close collaboration with the Dynamics Platform Unit on the following duties:

• Assist in providing Power Apps and Dynamics environments monitoring, administration and management.

• Identify risks and propose and implement mitigation actions

• Assist in providing support to customers for Dynamics services

• Participate in analyzing, designing and implementing solutions to problems in systems based in the Power Platform, including integrations with existing systems

• Assist with the collection and analysis of data as well as preparation of data presentations and reports for information sharing, responding to queries, knowledge management, planning and decision making
• Assist with visualizations and updating information material such as web pages or brochures

Requirements – Education:

To qualify for this internship, applicants must be currently enrolled in a University programme (final year of a Master’s degree or equivalent) specializing in areas that are relevant to UNICC’s line of business such as Computer Science, Mathematics or other related fields, or must have graduated in the last 6 months.

Requirements – Work Experience:

Applicants are not required to have professional work experience to participate in the UNICC’s internship program, but applicants should have the following functional and technical skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Understanding of web application development concepts

• Understanding of cloud computing concepts

• Able produce documents and presentations

Language(s):

• Fluency in English is required (verbal and written)
