West Chester, PA: We are currently hiring for an practiced Customer Service representtive for a busy, professional enviornment located in West Chester, PA! This is a temporary to hire function which can interview and start immedaitely.

Job responsibilities:
-- Walk customers through instructions and rebate information
-- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, Live Chats & Emails
-- Complete revisions when necessary
-- Evaluate quotes from various sources and recommend awards
-- Execute tasks with a sense of urgency
-- Work with suppliers in support of all procurement efforts and expedite when necessary
-- Facilitate payment processes
-- Resolve customer services issues, concerns and escalates issues
-- Primary point of contact for day to day supply chain service activities to internal employees and external clients
-- Administer customer contract requirements specific to their services
-- Maintain a positive image of the company with our customers
-- Act within the scope of authority and remain consistent with company's objectives, guidelines, policies and practices

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
