Do you have great business office expertise? Are you interested in working in a fast paced office environment? This office is seeking organized, friendly, and practiced individual who can easily multitask. The ideal candidate will have expertise of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The administrative adjunct will be responsible for answering the phone, invoicing, filing, and facilitating paperwork.

Job responsibilities:
-Answer high volume calls
-Prepare correspondence with email and MS Word
-Assist with additional office tasks such as mailing, scanning, filing etc..
-Clearly communicate with clients, vendors, and representatives
-Schedules and allocates executive??s time as appropriate

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
