job descriptionAre you passionate about being in a dynamic office setting? Are you interested in the beauty industry? Our growing client in Plainview is seeking a full time Office Manager. Our client sells professional products to Salons and Spas.
As an Administrative adjunct you will be assisting the President with client interactions while maintaining the main office.
-General administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, scanning
-Assisting President when needed
-Speaking with clients in regards to products
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 AM
-capability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients
-capability to maintain and build relationships
-Strong interpersonal expertise
-2 years practice in an office setting
-Bachelor's degree preferred
