The Accounts Receivable person will become an integral part of our Operations Team and be trained in all facets of this essential department. The Accounts Receivable person will be a team oriented individual that will strive to support and enhance the team in reaching their goals. An Accounts Receivable person works diligently to meet timelines, special requests and has the capability to execute any aspect relative to the responsibilities of our operations department. The Accounts Receivable person interfaces with all other departments including our customer Account Executives.

Job responsibilities:
-Post customer payments into the computer system
-Manage customer payment schedules
-Help identify late payments and initiate email alerts to customers
-Assist customers with the online registration process and appropriate payment schedules
-Answer customer payment support emails and phone calls
-Assist the Accounting Department when necessary with various bookkeeping tasks

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
